Candida Die-Off Reaction? with Oil of Oregano? - fighting candida
I took two capsules Oreganol Super Strength P73-gel N. America herbs and spices. Each capsule is composed of a mixture of oil of oregano in olive oil, for a total of 180 mg per capsule, so I held a dose of 360 mg capsules (2).
1-2 hours later, I have a headache, everywhere.
Is this a response to Candida Die-off, or side effects of taking 360 mg of oregano oil?
What is recommended to fight against Candida albicans / overgrwoth in the gut.

Conversation very entertaining ... but I will only answer the question. I know that oil of oregano is a fighter for mushrooms, but never used or heard used for the yeast. But I do not want my own research I have become curious.
The only thing that worked for me (it was) 15 years ago and now I am a full commitment to the Candida diet. For at least 3 months. No fraud. Cakes I have been unfaithful with a piece of chocolate, and 6 weeks, I suffered from headaches and sinus or allergy diseases ... in 10 minutes. (I guess the little guys were hungry) for some sugar
To consider some other herbs and supplements,
Pau d'Arco
Probiotics - at least 2 times per day
Cider vinegar
Aloe Vera Juice - soothing well
Until now, the headaches ... I can not really say. My gut (no pun intended) tells me that Oregano's ... But try to reduce how this and see what happens. If so, I stopped to find another way.
