The costume is not going to draw a lot of really slow. It is faster to more resistance to their muscles discharge. If you are training with a drag suit, the muscles are worked a bit harder. Then, when you compete without it, you do not do your muscles to be drawn that additional forces and go a little faster.

Slow Yes, they, perhaps not as one might think, but in the race, if u dont have the ballast or feel much faster and thus help their mental and physical. I support defininatly people use combinations of drag in practice and warm while swimming.

Challenging the use of a box! I have an old bathing suit, tights and helps me a lot! It seems that in practice very slowly, but I can definitely say true, because I'm like 3 or 4 in my events and for this reason!

We hope that swimming has helped and good luck!

Drag adjusts slowly, without intervening too much leg. If you have a normal boy shorts "mess up the technology and if you do flip-turns. I'm on 3 Dresses and shorts for practice every day.
